About Sports Therapy

Sports Therapy treatment is tailored to a patient’s individual needs, and targets specific muscle groups and joint mechanics so that a patient can enjoy a full range of movement and peak performance, whether they’re on the field, court, water, course, in the gym or outdoors.

Prevention

Sports therapy can prevent injuries by allowing the patient to maintain proper biomechanics and flexibility inclusive of assessing movement during the activity of the patient to assure that they are appropriately performing the action while minimizing the chance of injury.

Rehabilitation

For those who have suffered an injury that impairs their athletic performance or just everyday mobility, sports therapy helps by providing appropriate treatments such as physiotherapy, passive joint mobilization, and rehabilitation to help the body heal as quickly as possible.

How Much Does Sports Therapy Cost in the Inland Empire?

Everyone is different. We offer a single care fee, however, to train or retrain the body, a series of treatments are required. On average, most patients will go through a corrective care plan of about six weeks. We provide excellent care at reasonable fees. You should expect to pay between $600 to $1200 for a treatment plan that will include 8 to 12 sessions.

Is Sports Therapy just for athletes?

No. Sports Therapy is for anyone who is active in any form that either needs to resolve a new or old injury, or who wants to prevent any kind of future injury.

What’s the difference between sports therapy and physical therapy?

Physical therapy is more generalized and though similar, Sports Therapy is more specialized and focused on prevention and improvement, versus, rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, like physical therapy.

Will insurance cover sports therapy sessions?

Some insurances will cover Sports Therapy, however, you will find that it is affordable even without insurance and our clinic will always help our patients afford their care. We don’t turn patients who seek care away.

The time and patience he has for us is priceless. I have had pain for 15 years and ever since I started coming here my pain is gone! 10/10 experience every time. They also have the option for setting up a monthly subscription for chiropractic services that is affordable and easy to cancel in the event you need to. The receptionists are personable even when visibly swamped with calls, appointments, and walk ins. Dr. Ríos actually hears you out and lets you explain to the best of your own ability what it is you’re feeling. There’s one too many horror stories of chiropractic offices but trust me that is won’t be one.
